NSIC is a multidisciplinary voluntary organization founded on 27th September, 1997 with the commitment to improve the quality of healthcare delivery in Nigeria through the correct application of effective and evidence-based infection prevention and control practices .
NSIC is the overall infection prevention and control body registered in Nigeria.
What we do
Our Aim is to promote safety in patient-care delivery, occupational and public health through the practice of infection control policies and procedures.
Our Activities
NSIC organizes scientific conferences and collaborative trainings to increase the awareness of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) issues nationally.
