The Nigeria Society for infection Control NSIC membership is open to all individuals and institutions involved in infectious medicine.

Current members of the society are drawn from the various disciplines of the health sector including but not limited to clinicians, infection control nurses, pharmacists, public health officers, nurses, researchers amongst many others who have an active interest in infection prevention and control. Currently, the society has over 280 members spread across the country.

Becoming a member, guarantees that you;

  • Interact and liaise with local and international infection control bodies .
  • Have access to education, training and research on infection control issues.
  • Have reduced subscription to NSIC journals.
  • Receive regular communication concerning infection control issues through NSIC newsletter and journals
  • Have access to fellowships and scientific conferences at local and international levels.
  • Can get CME points.
  • Pay only 25% should you choose to join Infection Control African Network (ICAN)

Payment covers how long?

Membership year is from the 1st January through to Dec 31st of that year.

When do i renew my Membership

Annual subscription is due on or before 1st of January of the new year.

Is Membership transferable?

Membership is on an individual basis including those memberships paid for by an institution, it cannot be transferred.
